Debb's Traditional Breakfast
Today I am sharing one of my happiest moments of the day, breakfast! I take it dead seriously, and I dedicate to it its proper time and respect ;) It is very important to understand that to reach an equilibrium in our bodies, we need to put attention to what we eat as much as how we exercise. Hoy vengo con uno de los momentos que me hacen más feliz en el día, el desayuno! Es algo que me tomo muy en serio y al que le dedico tiempo y respeto ;) Es muy importante entender que para conseguir un equilibrio perfecto en nuestro cuerpo tenemos que dedicarle el mismo esfuerzo o más a lo que comemos que a lo que invertimos en nuestra rutina deportiva. This was my colorful plate today! Strawberries, raspberries, papaya, cashew, a big piece of bread and goat cheese. I topped all that with olive oil (I am a big fan of it… best invention ever!) a bit of salt, black pepper and oregano. I also drank some coffee with cashew milk with a bit of real honey. ...
